At Aeonrix, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- The item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
2. Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Return requests made after this period will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, log in to your account and submit a return request directly from your order, or contact us at rajaschitre2011@gmail.com with your order details.
3. Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
4. Refund Process & Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2-7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund
5. Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items from our designated Final Sale collections
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" on the product page
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Personal hygiene items (where applicable)
- Gift cards or promotional items
